| so, now that pre-orders have begun for this, anybody interested?
it looks cool and all, but i just can't seem to justify replacing my PSP 2000 for this. just not enough of a change.
i suppose if i didn't already have a PSP i would probably get one.

| I don't like the thing. They didn't update anything besides the look, which is better than the Go!'s. | |

| Well there is rumor now of the PSP2. If the pictures I saw were real (with 2 joysticks) then it will be big with better graphics. | |

That picture isn't real man. But I wish they'd do a PSP2 already.

That picture isn't real man. But I wish they'd do a PSP2 already. Well when they do come out with one and the if the rumor is true however...then the PSP 2 will have 2 joysticks because people have been asking for it like crazy.

| I'll be picking up the PSP Go because it will be easier to carry around than my PSP 1000 and with the 16gb I can keep my music on it as well. As far as the dual joystick argument goes I heard a very understandable reason why it not on the PSP. Imagine trying to hold the handheld and use two joysticks at the same time. You need to remember that it is not a controler. It would increase the drop rate of the handheld and then everyone would be complaining that they always drop their PSP. | |

| It would be just like a controller in hand but with a screen on it. It wouldn't cause troubles. And the PSP Go will not have 2 sticks because it wouldn't support other games with it. But the PSP Go will (I blieve). | |

| The best reason for NOT having 2 sticks that I've heard is this - All the new games that have control schemes using 2 sticks wouldn't play right on the older PSPs because they only have 1 stick. This would instantly make the older PSPs obsolete, and their sales would cease very quickly. Just imagine a FPS that was programmed to use 2 sticks on the new PSP. It would be a pain in the butt to try playing that game on the old PSP with one stick. Get it? | |

Do it! But don't get the Go!, which I know you won't since you're against Digital Distribution. Get a 2000!
