Bolt Away Giveaway Official Rules

1. Contestants must be active Gaming Bolt members in good standing.
2. Contestants must have at least 50 Bolt Points, which will act as an entree fee into the giveaway.
3. 50 Bolt Points will be deducted from each contestant's total number of Bolt Points upon entree into the giveaway.
4. Contestants must post in the "Why Do You Like Gaming Bolt?" thread in order to be eligible for the giveaway.
5. All contestants will have an equal chance of winning the grand prize.
6. The winner will be chosen via a drawing on July 25th. A video of the drawing and a presentation of the winning contestant's user name will be posted soon after the drawing.
7. The grand prize will be one video game of the contestant's choice.
8. Video games are limited to Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Playstation Portable, and PC games that are currently available in retail stores.
9. The cash value of the grand prize can range from approximately $20-$70 US dollars, depending on the location of the grand prize winner and the game he or she chooses.
10. Games that include peripherals are not eligible for selection as the grand prize.
11. The winning contestant will be contacted by Gaming Bolt to discuss shipping information.
12. If the winning contestant does not respond to Gaming Bolt notifications within one week of the drawing's end, the grand prize will be forfeited.
13. Gaming Bolt reserves the right to cancel the Bolt Away Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
14. Gaming Bolt reserves the right to modify the Bolt Away Giveaway Official Rules at their discretion.
15. Gaming Bolt editors, employees, and their family members are not eligible for entry into the giveaway.
