What are some good post apocalyptic RPG's other than fallout? Just as a heads up on what i'm looking for specifically, I'd like something that's action oriented, but still retains rpg elements, such as armor, weapons, money, exploration, and inventory management.

Definitely Borderlands. It's not out yet, but looking at what you like, I'm pretty sure that game is worth the wait.
