W@W has slowly turned into a $90 game - cost $60 originally, then each map pack was 800 M$ pts ($10) x3 = $90 (for those mathematically challanged)

I guess you can look at it that way. To me I think it's awesome that they are able to update games and create add-on's. I can remember years ago having to keep eye on the news for when players got traded so I can do the trades on my hockey, or baseball games so I stayed up to date w/rosters. Plus, it's nice when I finish a game that they are able to add more to it, kinda gives it more depth.

| I am actually a bit against DLC! To be honest developers now a days make half length games (8-10 hrs) and than release add ons and content! and gain they cost money for it! This never happened that much in last gen of gaming! | |

I agree with you - only thing with the last gen systems, I'm not sure if the technology was available then, so no potion but to pack as much stuff into a game as they can.

| Wow 3 packs? I'm glad to see Treyarch is supporting it's community, unlike Infinity Ward. | |

I heard Infinity Ward is going to be offering dlc very shortly after release of MW2 - should just include it in the original game - but whatever.

| I never downloaded the map packs because I got the platinum in Call of Duty and once you go through all those levels on veteran...it seems like you don't want to go back lol. | |

| Well some DLC is free...and if they do that...then I understand. And maps costing money is okay with me sometimes. Because they can forget about the game once they release it but it costs them money to keep working on it after release. So if they make maps way later after the game comes out...then i am okay with it. Because they didn't have to make the maps. And creating these cost money. | |

I don't play the zombie modes - I only play HC-TDM - I think the 2nd zombie map I only played once, was ok, but not as fun IMO.
