Need an opinion on a game? Don't know what game you should buy next? Post here Very Happy

I'll go first - Prototype or Infamous?

Is it worth it to buy COD Modern Warfare now or just wait for MW2?

from everthing i've heard other places, infamous is a better game than prototype. having said that, i haven't played either.

atyre5, there are still a lot of people playing COD4, and it's really a great game. i'm not sure how negatively the online will be affected when MW2 comes out, but if you got 4 pretty soon you would definitely enjoy it for a few months at least. no trophies however, if you're into that.

Atyre...I would reccomend Killzone 2 but I would wait for Modern Warfare 2 to come out rather than get MW1

Well I havn't played prototype but I have Infamous which I enjoyed but we have reviews of both of them up. I also heard that Infamous is the better one.

Lol both reviews 8.9/10! It seems that Prototype looks more repetitive than InFamous, but I'll look further into it - thanks guys. Smile

Yeah, I looked into it a few days ago on PS Store to see if they had a demo. It said they had it in stock at the Gamestop here.

I signed up for their newsletter like you said too.

I think I'll just wait for MW2 actually, coz COD MW is still pretty high price wise and I have a few things...expensive things...that I actually need.

well thats a really tough ! Even GamingBolt gave both the games a 8.9! So i would say Infamous if you also consider the plot in video games ! But if u want some added action than don't go further than prototype.

Can anyone tell me if SOCOM Confrontation is worth getting now that it's "fixed"? It looked really good before release but everyone said it was broken.

Yes. it is very good in my opinion. I think it was still a great game when it was "broken".

Uhh, what? On a scale of 1-10 I give it a, hmm, 8!

1-100 it gets a 83.
1-1000 it gets a 834.

Well I would actually give Socom a 8.8 because I play this game all the time. Havn't been on much recently (sorry Atyre)....you know ever since that Socom drama. lol

Well...me (the leader of the clan) and one of my officers on their got into it lol. I asked him if he wanted to start a second roster and I will let him be the leader of it. And I said the best people get to go to the first roster. So he argued..."so I have the rejects"...and was basically wanting to take my main people from the first roster. I said NO! He then goes compromise...so I did and I said fill up the first then we will fill up the second. He got all mad and left and havn't talked to him since.

And the average score was 60 because it deserved taht when the first game game out so everyone gave it that and never changed it. But it deserved almost a 9 in not higher now. It is AWESOME!
